John Nobile, a 20 year veteran of the Flavor Industry, has been associated with several major companies including ITT's Vanillin Division, Flavor Key Inc., Frutarom USA, Technology Flavors & Fragrances, and Gilette Foods. In 2002, he started Arome America LLC with the specific purpose of marketing food and flavor ingredients to the major food producers, and flavor and fragrances houses throughout the United States.

Geraldine holds a Master of Science degree from the National Graduate School of Quality, and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. New to the Flavor Industry, Geraldine is responsible for all aspects of process management insuring the consistent, high level quality of Arome America's products.
