When she returned to Paris in the evening Nora toured the Seine on the Bateau Mouche. Afterward she walked along the Right Bank escarpment and rescued a baby duckling that had been separated from its family, then crossed the Passerelle Leopold-Sedar-Senghor bridge accessed from the quay and admired the locks that lovers have attached to it. She ended the long day with a late Parisian dinner (11 o'clock) on Blvd St. Germain.
