Nora walked to the Savonnerie Marseillaise de la Licorne atelier to see how they make soap from olive oil. In the late morning she visited the Abbaye of St. Victor and went through its small Holy Door, then down to the Vieux Port to take a very bumpy, splashy boat to the Frioul Archipelago. She walked along Pomegues and climbed to some of its old forts against very high winds. She then walked to Ratonneau and to St. Esteve Beach where she waded into the Mediterranean Sea. She eturned to the Vieux Port on calmer seas and was able to get a good view of the Chateau d'If and the harbor lights.
